Fjord Player is a video player for playlists and streaming accounts you provide yourself. Add an M3U playlist or an Xtream Codes account and your live channels, movies and shows get a first-class big-screen experience — TV guide, continue watching, subtitles, timeshift, and playback of the formats providers actually use, including MKV and HEVC.

Fjord Player ships with no content, channels or subscriptions. It only plays what your own sources provide, and you are responsible for having the right to view that content. We cannot help you find, choose or troubleshoot IPTV providers.

Found a bug, or something not playing right? Email contact@fjordplayer.com and include:

The app version and build (shown in Settings > About)
What you were doing when it happened (e.g. “opened a show page”, “paused live TV”)
Whether your playlist is M3U or Xtream (never send your playlist URL or credentials — we don’t need them)

Common questions

Where do channels come from? From you. Fjord Player reads M3U playlists and Xtream Codes accounts that you add under Settings — typically from an IPTV subscription you already have.

Is my playlist or password sent anywhere? No. Everything you add stays on your Apple TV. See the privacy policy for the full picture.

Why does artwork appear for my movies and shows? Titles are looked up on TMDb to fetch posters and descriptions. This product uses the TMDb API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
